PNRpro ("the Service") is a free, browser-based tool for converting airline PNR / GDS data into readable itineraries and quotes. It is operated by LucoSoft ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we do — and mostly don't do — with your data.

Short version: the PNR text you paste is processed entirely inside your own browser. We don't transmit it to a server, we don't store it, and we can't see it.

1. Information you enter into the tool

Any PNR text, passenger names, fares, agency details, or notes you type or paste into PNRpro are processed locally in your browser to generate your itinerary and quote. This content is not sent to us, not stored on any server, and not retained after you close or refresh the page. We have no access to it.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics/advertising services may automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as:

IP address and approximate region
Browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages visited and time of visit
Referring website

This is used to keep the site running, understand general usage, and serve ads. It does not include the PNR content you process.

3. Cookies and advertising

We may display ads through third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, how many people use the converter). Where used, this data is aggregated and not tied to the PNR content you enter.

To understand aggregate usage and demand
To display advertising that helps keep the tool free
To detect abuse and keep the site secure

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Technical data described above may be processed by our hosting, analytics, and advertising providers solely to deliver those functions.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we do not store the PNR content you enter, most such data simply never exists on our side. For technical data held by our providers, you can exercise choices via the ad and cookie settings linked above.

8. Children

The Service is intended for travel professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
