Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PNRpro ("the Service"), a free browser-based tool operated by LucoSoft ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

PNRpro converts airline PNR / GDS text you provide into a formatted itinerary and an optional price quote. All processing happens locally in your browser. The Service is provided as a convenience tool for travel professionals.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with airline, GDS, and data-protection obligations that apply to you.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or misuse the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any traveler data you enter.

3. Accuracy and no warranty

PNRpro is a formatting aid, not a source of truth. Always verify flight details, times, fares, and conditions against the airline or GDS before sharing with a client or traveler.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Parsing of PNR formats is best-effort and may not correctly interpret every format, carrier, or edge case.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LucoSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on output produced by the Service, including incorrect itineraries, times, fares, or quotes. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

5. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising to remain free. Your use of advertised products or services is between you and the advertiser.

6. Intellectual property

PNRpro, its design, and its code are owned by LucoSoft. Airline names, IATA codes, and GDS terminology are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. The "Effective date" reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
